♦️♦️🟢Important changes to NMC OSCE ♦️♦️🟢

♦️♦️🟢New NMC changes are postponed to 30th Sept 2024 ♦️♦️🟢⭐️Nothing to panic about⭐️ only minor changes have been made to ensure OSCE is reliable and authentic.

Following changes have been made, good news on the following.
1. Increased station timings for Fluid Balance from 12 to 14 minutes
2. MSU Urinalysis from 8 to 12 minutes
3. Nasopharyngeal Suctioning from 8 to 10minutes

There are some minor changes to the marking criteria which we will update to support our training.
✅Most important thing is for resit candidates
♦️ If you fail any skills, on your resit exam you will not get the same skills. Even if you get same skills your scenario & medication chart will be changed to different medication. This is to ensure candidates don’t copy the things to learn ( to avoid ROTE learning)

These changes will come into effect from 30th Sept 2024. Anyone taking test on or after 30th Sept you will need to use these changes.

Thank you
